YOUTH CAMP 1


Age: 4th-8th grades

Bring snacks. We will have a short break in between sessions with a Q&A with the UWF players and UWF Volleyball Highlight video. 

Check-in time is between 12:30pm-12:50pm (Youth Camp 1 only). We do accept walk-ups for registration.

The Youth Evening Camp is a great way for your child to learn about volleyball in a fun environment. Campers participate in special activities designed just for their age group. 

This is not an overnight camp. 

Check-in time is between 5pm-5:20pm (Youth Camp 2 & 3). We do accept walk-ups for registration.


**GENERAL SKILLS CAMP


Age: 9th-12th grades
Dates: 7/16-7/18
Schedule: Monday: 9:30am-12pm / 1pm-3pm / 4pm-6pm

                   Tuesday: 9:30am-11:30am / 1pm-3pm / 4-6pm       
Wednesday: 9:30-12pm  

Cost for Residents: $325 ($350 AFTER 6/18)

Cost for Commuters: $275  ($300 AFTER 6/18)

Resdents MUST register by 7/07 to secure on campus housing

The General Skills Camp is designed to improve the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and individual defense. In addition, campers will work on team defense and offensive systems. Campers will be placed into groups of similar ability, this will maximize their learning. 

  -  Commuter check-in time is between 8:30am-9:10am at the UWF Field House (bldg 54) (Monday, July 16th)
  -  Resident check-in time is between 8
:15am-9am at TBD

  -  Camp store will be available after the last night session of each day selling snacks at TBD.

We do accept walk-ups for registration. Walk-ups are not allowed to stay in the dorms overnight.

July 16th: Lunch will be provided (after the first session), snack break (after 2nd session) and dinner (after last session of the day for residents only).
July 17th: Breakfast (residents only), l

HIGH SCHOOL TEAM CAMP 


We will hold your spot after we receive a deposit of $50 per person for a minimum of 6 players with their registration. Limited space is available.

Prior to June 1st: Full refund, less $50 per player (Administrative fee)
June 2nd-June 25th: Refund, less $100 per player (Administrative fee + deposit)
June 26th or after: No refund

  -  Commuter check-in time is between 1:45pm-2:15pm at UWF Field House (Tuesday, July 10th)
  -  Resident check-in: at Heritage Hall. We understand that each team might arrive at a different time, just make sure you check in at the dorms and be at the Field House (bldg 54) by no later than 2:15pm. A UWF staff member will be at the dorms at 1:30pm making sure everything there's nothing missing at check in. 
 
-  Camp store will be available after the last night session of each day selling snacks at TBD.


ALL athletes attending both Team Camp and Positional Camp 1 can stay July 9th on campus for an additional $25 per player (Breakfast on July 10th will be provided at no additional cost, we can arrange dinner for the night of the 9th, but it will be at the players/team cost)


Team Camp is designed for High School junior varsity and varsity teams ONLY, not Junior High. Team strategies as opposed to individual skills will be emphasized. Competition against other schools takes place during each session. Team camp concludes with an all-camp tournament.


Coaches must be in attendance during team camp and are welcome to observe any and all of individual camp. There is no charge for housing and meals for one head coach and one assistant coach per team attending individual or team camp


Resident Team Camp spots are LIMITED due to limited housing availability. 

 

TEAM TOURNAMENT

 

Age: High School Team - JV or Varsity ONLY
Dates: 7/12
Schedule9-4pm

Cost: $100

Team up to 10 Players (Additional players, $15 per athlete). CAP payment at $160, if more than 4 players are added to a roster.

Coaches have no additional cost. Lunch will not be provided

We will do our best to group teams with similar skill set to play one another. Each team must have at least seven players registered for the camp. 

(No additional fee and lunch will be provided for teams attending Team Camp)

**ALL athletes attending both Positional Camp 2 General Skills can stay July 15th on campus for an additional $25 (Breakfast on July 16th will be provided at no additional cost, we will arrange dinner for the night of the 15th, but it will be at the players cost)

The Positional Camp is designed for players that have the desire to improve their specific position skills. Campers will be taken through intense training with drills that focus on proper techniques that are specific for every position. For the first session of the camp, campers will be divided into their desired position; for the second session, campers will have the opportunity to play with different positions.

Check-in time for both camps is between 11:15am-11:45am. We do accept walk-ups for registration.



SATELLITE CAMPS


If you can't come to our camps, don't worry! We will come to your school.

Costs
: Costs will depend on the number of players and length of sessions.
Requirements
: Each school is responsible for providing a trainer, nets, and balls.
