Registration

 

How do I register for camp?

 

The easiest way to register your daughter for one of our individual camps is to register online! Click the Register Now button on the right side of this page to instantly secure spot (with the exception of Team Camp).

Registration will also be accepted on the first day of each camp. At that time, cash or check only will be accepted. However, a Late Fee will be assessed.

Late Fees (starting 6/9):

All late fees assessed are PER PLAYER

Youth Camp - $25

General Skills Camp - $25

Team Camp - $50

Positional Camp - $25

 

 

**Please keep in mind that returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged an additional $35 fee. Please include camper's name in the memo section of the check.**

What do I need to do to hold a spot?

You can hold your spot in camp by registering online. Please understand that a part of your payment ($30) is considered a non-refundable deposit and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

What happens after I register?

Once we have received your registration and deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you entered during registration. Additional information about the camp you registered for will be sent to that same email address as the camp date gets closer.

When should I register? Is there a Late Fee?

Many of our camps have sold out the past few years and are filling up faster and faster each year. Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Refunds

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen sometimes and that your daughter might not be able to attend camp. If this is the case, we will be more than happy to assist you. You can cancel your registration by contacting Melissa Wolter (acevolleyballcamps@gmail.com)
**Credit Card processing fees cannot be refunded**

 

Cancellations:

For all individual camps/clinics:

Cancellations prior to 72 hours before the start of camp: Full refund (minus credit card fee).

Cancellations within 72 hours before the start of camp:  $30 non-refundable fee. (non-refundable deposit per player & credit card fee). 

Cancellations 24 hours before the start of camp: No refunds. 

Once camp started: No refund

 

  

Team Camp

Cancellations done before a 10-day window prior to 1st day of camp: Full refund  **by June 29th, 2023

Cancellations done a week prior to 1st day of camp: Partial refund ($50 deposit + $60 meal cost = $110)  **between June 30th-July 3rd, 2023

Cancellations within a week of 1st day of camp: No refund  **starting July 4th, 2023

Once camp started: No refund

Insurance and Waivers

For Youth Camp, Positional Camps, and General Skills, the online registration will have an Insurance/Liability Waiver and the COVID-19 Liability Waiver that the parent/guardian will need to check the box agreeing with the terms.  
For Team Camp and Satellite Camps we will send an electronic waiver to the coaches, and they are in charge of sending the waivers to their players' parent/guardian to sign it. 

 

Campers will not be allowed to participate in any activity until they have the waiver filled out and electronically signed. We will have additional paper waivers at the site, but only the parent/guardian is allowed to sign it. 

Camp t-shirt

Not every camp/clinic will be providing a t-shirt. Each camp/clinic will state if a free t-shirt is included in the registration, and if there is a deadline to receive the t-shirt. 

In order to make the proper arrangements for camp execution and logistics we will not be able to provide a camp t-shirt to campers registered after the given deadline for each specific camp.

 

There might be some camp t-shirts available to buy at the day of the camp, but we can't promise this.

Parking

Ace Volleyball Camps will provide information about parking to each camp site. Parking Passes will be provided to the participants (if needed). If parent/guardian also would like to watch the camp session and has an extra vehicle, please let a staff know and we will inform about the health and safety guidelines for each camp site, and how we will proceed with having spectators during the camp sessions.

- Knee pads

- Casual shoes (if staying for an overnight camp)

- Spending money (if we have a camp store with snacks and gear)

Medical Waiver form


Team Camp:
If your school is paying for Team Camp with a School Check, every player needs to have their parent/guardian fill out the Medical Waiver Form. Link: Medical Waiver Form

If the school is requiring each participant to register ONLINE separately, the Medical Waiver form will have to be signed during the online registration. Team Camp Participant registration link: Participant link
