Registration
How do I register for camp?
The easiest way to register for one of our individual camps is online! Registration buttons are located at the top of this page. (Please note: Team Camp registration is completed through each high school coach.)
Walk-ons are not accepted. If registration must be finalized on the first day of camp, a written request must be sent in advance to acevolleyballcamps@gmail.com. If approved, payment will be accepted by cash or check only, and a late fee will be assessed
**Please keep in mind that returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged an additional $35 fee. Please include camper's name in the memo section of the check.**
What do I need to do to hold a spot?
You can hold your spot in camp by registering online. Please understand that a part of your payment ($30 Administrative Fee) is considered a non-refundable deposit and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
What happens after I register?
Once we have received your registration and deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you entered during registration. Additional information about the camp you registered for will be sent to that same email address as the camp date gets closer.
When should I register? Is there a Late Fee?
Many of our camps have sold out the past few years and are filling up faster and faster each year. Registrations are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Late Fees (starting on June 6th):
All late fees assessed are PER PLAYER
Youth Camp 2 & 3 - $15
Team Camp Prep Session: $10
Elite Camps - $25
Specialty Camp1 - $10
Refunds
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen sometimes and that your athlete might not be able to attend camp. If this is the case, all requests for cancellation/refund must be made IN WRITING. You can request the cancellation by contacting our ACE Volleyball Staff (acevolleyballcamps@gmail.com). There will be a non-refundable Administrative Fee for all registrations ($30).
**Credit Card processing fees cannot be refunded**
No refunds will be given once camp/session has started
Cancellations (All cancellation fees assessed are PER PLAYER):
For individual summer camps (Youth Camp 3, Specialty Camps, Elite Camps, Team Camp prep session):
Prior to May 1st = Full refund minus $30 (Administrative Fee)
May 1st-June 31st = Refund minus $50 deposit
On or after July 1st = No refund
Youth Camp 1 & 2:
Cancellations done at any time = Full refund minus $30 (Administrative Fee)
Cancellations within a week of 1st day of camp = No refund
Rising Stars Camp:
Cancellations done at any time = Full refund minus $30 (Administrative Fee)
Cancellations within a week of 1st day of camp = No refund
College Prep clinic:
Prior to April 12th = Full refund minus $30 (Administrative Fee)
April 13th-26th = Refund minus $50 deposit
On or after April 27th = No refund
Team Camp:
Cancellations done before June 6th = Refund minus $50 deposit
Cancellations done between June 6th - July 1st = Partial refund ($50 deposit + $60 meal cost = $110)
Cancellations within a week of 1st day of camp (July 2nd - 7th) = No refund
Once camp started: No refund
Cancellations due to injury, with medical documentation provided by a physician prior to the start of the camp session stating that the camper is unable to participate, will be refunded minus a $30 Administrative Fee
Insurance and Waivers
For all camps/clinics, the online registration will have an Insurance/Liability Waivers that the parent/guardian will need to check the box agreeing with the terms.
For Team Camp and Satellite Camps we will send an electronic waiver to the coaches, and they are in charge of sending the waivers to their players' parent/guardian to sign it.
Campers will not be allowed to participate in any activity until they have the waiver filled out and electronically signed.
Camp t-shirt
Not every camp/clinic will be providing a t-shirt. Each camp/clinic will state if a free t-shirt is included in the registration, and if there is a deadline to receive the t-shirt.
In order to make the proper arrangements for camp execution and logistics we will not be able to provide a camp t-shirt to campers registered after the given deadline for each specific camp.
There might be some camp t-shirts available to buy at the day of the camp, but we can't promise this.
Parking
Ace Volleyball Camps will provide information about parking to each camp site.

- Knee pads
- Casual shoes (if staying for an overnight camp)
- Spending money (if we have a camp store with snacks and gear)
Medical Waiver form
Team Camp:
If your school is paying for Team Camp with a School Check, every player needs to have their parent/guardian fill out the Medical Waiver Form.
If the school is requiring each participant to register ONLINE separately, the Medical Waiver form will have to be signed during the online registration.
Youth Camps, Specialty Camps, Elite Camps, Team Camp prep session:
If you're registering online, the Medical Waiver Form will have to be signed during registration.
